Trials and tribulations come to all and for those who are saved these trials and tribulations may even be greater due to the fact that we are now in opposition to the kingdom of darkness.
4 You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. 1 John 4:4 NIV
We need to remember this verse because it helps us to understand that no matter the difficulty of the things in the world they are not and never will be greater than the God who dwells within us.
17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord. Isaiah 54:17 KJV
Even though the weapons and attacks against your life may get developed in the spiritual realm they will not be fulfilled in your life to the full intended outcome, for when God is in the midst of our lives He does intervene for us, we must use our spiritual weapons of prayer, fasting, praise and worship to cry out to God.
My sacrifice, O God, is[a] a broken spirit;
a broken and contrite heart
you, God, will not despise. Psalm 51:17 NIV
Interceding for others by prayer and even fasting may help to divert an evil plan which the enemy might have set up for someone, we can also intercede on someone’s behalf for them to be blessed in an area of life, if it is part of Gods will for their life then God will make it happen?
