God is altogether three beings which is God, Jesus, Holy Spirit, one of the nine fruits of The Holy Spirit is peace, so God in his kindness is giving us a fruit of The Holy spirit by giving us his peace.
He gives us his peace Jesus say's he will leave us his peace that in turn means he will leave us The Holy Spirit because the fruit of peace is within The Holy Spirit.
He does not give to us as the world gives to us God is love and when love is present blessings are too, blessings are given freely and are not purchased by the receiver, this shows how Jesus gives not as the world gives.
